Mobile time recording in HYDRA - ready for the home office
The recording of working time and breaks is an important issue - especially after the ECJ ruling of 14 May 2019 demanding a complete time recording for all employees. This also goes for the home office. So much the better, if you can also map this requirement with a mobile app directly in HYDRA. Click on "IN" and the working time starts. Working time is interrupted with "BREAK". "OUT" terminates the time recording at the end of the working day - just like at the classic time and attendance terminal in the factory.

With the new application "Digital Production Meeting", you can digitalize the planning, execution and documentation of meetings in the production environment. The app replaces paper and standard office software with an intuitive application that is fully integrated into MES HYDRA. By the way, this application also reduces the number of media disruptions.
The Digital Production Meeting benefits from the assumption that many meetings, conducted at different hierarchical levels in the production environment, follow the same pattern each time: Presentation of current KPIs and evaluations, discussion of upcoming projects and clarification of current problems. The agenda is usually set in advance and minutes of the meeting are taken. It is not uncommon for issues to be delegated from one meeting to the next decision-making level or the issue is going to be resubmitted at later meetings at the same level. The Digital Production Meeting provides all these functions in a clearly arranged web application, thereby increasing transparency throughout.

The new Information Dashboard offers HYDRA users a wide selection of diagrams and evaluations that can be arranged on the screen as required by drag & drop and saved as a group. This saves users significant time, since only one application needs to be called to view data from HYDRA modules instantly.

Mobile production control using Touch2Plan
In the course of decentralization, the control app Touch2Plan allows the user to make changes to the detailed production planning on a tablet PC, e.g. changing or removing scheduled operations or scheduling operations of the order backlog. Touch2Plan thereby adds intuitive control functions to the HYDRA Shop Floor Scheduling for the person in charge on site.
