As a full-fledged workflow management system, Spreadsheet Router digitizes all workflows on the shop floor that have previously been carried out on paper or with office and mail programs. Easy-to-use interfaces enable the definition of business processes, the assignment of tasks to process participants and the creation of input masks based on existing paper documents or Microsoft Excel® files.
In accordance with the defined workflow, task managers are actively supported in their work via notebook or tablet and can see at a glance which tasks must be completed by when. Freely definable evaluations allow the graphical monitoring of KPIs and throughput times. The execution of all processes and tasks is seamlessly documented by Spreadsheet Router and is therefore the ideal tool to ensure compliance with the numerous internal and external regulations on occupational safety, ISO conformity, quality assurance and risk management.
