In addition to simple checklists and inspections, the Digital Checklist offers the possibility to connect measuring points, device and machine data, so that all inspection orders of a production site can be displayed and evaluated on a system basis.

With the Digital Checklist, FELTEN has developed a software solution with which all the activities listed below can be entered directly into a system in a simple manner. Results are directly available, can be evaluated and assessed.

The inspection orders can easily be created with all relevant questions. Answers with yes/no, numerical values or multiple choice can be configured. The evaluation of the questions can be weighted, so that at the end of the tours a result is directly available to all. The use of graphics & images (e.g. product images) in the questionnaires simplifies comparisons to the target.
