Efficient complaint management
Complaints are the standard way to communicate with a supplier about poor quality. The aim should by no means be to denigrate the other party, but rather to learn for the future. Use the mApp Complaint Management to record, process and analyze complaints. This includes internal complaints (for example from production) and complaints from customers or suppliers.
You can enter several defects or deviations for different articles and assign documents concerning the complaint in the mApp. Short-, medium- and long-term measures can also be assigned. The mApp can output an 8D report for each type of defect. You can use the analysis functions to evaluate complaint costs.

The mApp Complaint Management is part of the Quality Management category of HYDRA X.
The mApp uses and stores data in the Virtual Production Reality (ViPR) of MPDV's Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP).
Complaint Management in the MIP ecosystem
The mApp manages and monitors complaints based on different data. MPDV also offers the following mApps for this purpose:
- In-Production Inspection: conduct in-production inspections.
- Incoming Goods Inspection: perform goods recieipt inspections.
- Quality Analysis & Statistics: evaluate and analyze inspection data.
- Supplier Evaluation: realistic evaluation of suppliers.
