The combination of the dataFEED OPC Suite and MPDV's MIP platform enables easy access to process data from leading control manufacturers such as Siemens SIMATIC and SINUMERIK, Rockwell ControlLogix, B&R, Mitsubishi, and Modbus.
dataFEED OPC Suite is a software solution designed for the connectivity to the MPDV MIP Platform and for OPC UA and OPC Classic communication. Through the integrated MPDV MIP interface, it provides secure and reliable access to controllers from all leading manufacturers, such as Siemens (SIMATIC and SINUMERIK), Rockwell, B&R, Mitsubishi, as well as Modbus controllers (e.g., from Wago).
As a gateway between the two OPC standards, dataFEED OPC Suite enables the integration of existing OPC Classic components and applications into modern Industry 4.0 OPC UA solutions. Production data can be transmitted to IT, IoT cloud, or big data applications, such as the MPDV MIP platform, via MQTT, HTTPS, and REST protocols. Additionally, dataFEED OPC Suite supports the storage of production data in files, SQL databases, MongoDB, and InfluxDB.
Thanks to its extensive data preprocessing capabilities, the software allows data to be easily and flexibly adjusted to meet specific needs.
