Digital time recording
HYDRA X's mApps support the implementation of modern working time agreements and types of remuneration or organization. HYDRA X offers all the necessary functions, from pure data collection to fully-fledged time management. HYDRA X combines digital time recording with electronic employee information (Employee Self Service) and paperless workflows (e.g. leave request). If required, access control can be integrated for monitoring entrances and gates. Recorded times can also be correlated with order data to calculate KPIs on personnel productivity or basic data for performance and bonus remuneration.
Increase of employee motivation and performance pay
Employee motivation and the fulfillment of extensive standard wage agreements are two main reasons for the introduction of incentive and premium wage systems. The calculation of performance-related wage components is anything but trivial and the cost of calculating them is significantly higher than for fixed salary components. AEO) or for the production of food (e. g. Food Defense) make the safeguarding of certain areas mandatory. This also includes visitor administration with integrated ID card management. With the integrated security control center, the person responsible can always keep an eye on plant security. Online- and offline components can be used to integrate existing doors, access points and locks. Among other things, HYDRA X supports infrastructure components from dormakaba (e.g. access readers, digital cylinders, door fittings).
