Detailed Scheduling

Efficient production planning

In Detailed Scheduling, the orders roughly planned in the ERP or in a PPS solution are scheduled for the capacities available in production, i.e. machines and resources. This includes defining a sequence for operations of an order and specifying their basic dates. The planner decides which machines, tools and other resources are used.

The mApp Detailed Scheduling provides a graphic planning board (Gantt chart) to visualize the scheduling. This board helps to manually plan your operations or improve the results of the automatic detailed scheduling. The integration of real-time data from production turns your planning into a controlling tool. You can also use the mApp for multi-site planning even if the sites are in different time zones. Conflicts arising from production planning are listed in a clear overview. If combined with the appropriate solutions, all changes made to the planning are directly available in production.
