Workforce planning integrates the skills of your employees that you can edit and manage in a qualification matrix. At the same time, shift planning and planned absences are the basis for workforce planning. You can use the machines and workplaces to be planned or the planned orders as basis to identify the personnel requirement. A graphic planning board with drag-and-drop functionality simplifies planning the employees. You can also use the mApp for multi-site planning even if the sites are in different time zones. Automatic planning functions can support your planning.
