Manage material and inventory

You can't produce without material — but too much material isn't great either, because it ties up capital unnecessarily. The mApp Material & Inventory Management provides you with an overview of all material in the shop floor. As a result, you close a gap that occurs after material is booked out of the ERP or the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The app handles anonymous stocks and manages batches, lots and serial numbers.

Attributes such as quality (e.g. yield or scrap), status (e.g. locked or released) and descriptive information such as minimum shelf life can be stored for each material. By setting minimum and maximum stocks, stocks per defined buffer can be monitored and its level visualized. You can post material either manually or automatically based on order postings or record machine consumption. With the mApp you can configure plausibility checks (e.g. material released) and use functions for process interlocking. You can also define automatic notification for selected events.
